About Us
The 21st Medical Squadron is part of the 21st Medical Group at Peterson Space Force Base. The 21st MDS serves the community of Schriever SFB. The 21st MDS is comprised of three flights: Dental Flight, Force Medical Operations Flight, and Operational Support Flight. The men and women of the 21st MDS optimize the health and performance of more than 8,500 Air Force and Space Force personnel assigned to Schriever SFB. The squadron supplies high-quality primary care, dental, aerospace medicine, pharmacy, medical and dental laboratory, mental health, radiology, bioenvironmental engineering, public health, and health promotion services in support of a $6.2 billion satellite command and control network. With an annual operating budget of more than $720,000, the 56-person squadron delivers 17,000 patient visits per year, totaling the equivalent of $7 million in private sector care.

Walk-in Hours:
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 0800-1030) (Wednesdays from 0930-1030)
All Uniform Service Members & TRICARE PRIME Beneficiaries ages 18-65 years old. Patients will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. They will see a technician or nurse, not a provider during this visit. Additional exclusion criteria may apply.

4. Staple Removal
5. Cold & Flu Symptoms
6. COVID Symptoms/Testing
**IF PATIENTS ARE HAVING COLD, FLU OR COVID SYMPTOMS THEY MUST WEAR A MASK WITHIN THE FACILITY**
7. Return Wart Removals
**PATIENTS MUST BE SEEN IN-PERSON BY A PROVIDER FOR INITIAL TREATMENT PRIOR TO COMING FOR CSSP WALK-IN**

do not have the ability to book appointments through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will need a referral for care your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventive, mental health, and specialty care.

Patient Rights
