Warrior Medicine Clinic

The Warfighter Care Team provides medical care to active duty service members only.

Services Provided

Diagnosis and treatment of acute illness, chronic disease management, physical exams, preventive health care, health promotion, patient education, and gynecologic services, including preventive screenings, family planning and birth control, diagnoses and treatment of routine gynecological problems. Appointments can be made by calling the central appointment line at 719-524-2273 (CARE) or on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. This service is for active duty service members only.
