Family Health

We serve approximately 9,000 empaneled beneficiaries, providing a broad spectrum of health care to the entire family. We provide a lifetime of quality care to patients of all ages, from birth through the golden years.

Walk-in Services

Hours

• Walk-in hours for enrolled patients for services below are:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9-11 a.m. and 2 - 3:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, 9:30-11 a.m. and 2-3:30 p.m.

Walk in services provided:

• UTI Symptoms (ages 18+)
• Pregnancy test
• Sore throat/strep throat test (ages 6+)
• Repeat injections
• Follow up blood pressure check
• Follow up weight check
• Repeat Wart Treatment
• Suture/staple removal

Patient-Centered Medical Home

Recent implementation of the Patient‐Centered Medical Home model of care provides greater satisfaction to patients, physicians, and the health care team by ensuring that patients' needs are met and access to care is improved, health information is handled effectively, and the team works as a cohesive unit.

How to Make an Appointment

Acute and established medical appointments are offered during normal duty hours from Monday to Friday, except the second Wednesday of the month when we are closed for the entire day for Medical Readiness Training, and can be made by calling the appointment line at 719-524‐2273. You can also contact the Family Health Clinic via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal using the provider names:
