Who We Serve
We serve approximately 5,000 empaneled beneficiaries, providing a broad spectrum of healthcare services for eligible children from newborn through 18 years of age. Situationally, we provide care to dependents 18-22 years of age.
Pediatric primary care encompasses a range of healthcare services, including, but not limited to:
- Well Child Exams
- Sports Physicals
- Adolescent Healthcare
- Preventive Healthcare
- Acute and Chronic Illness Care
Patient-Centered Medical Home
Recent implementation of the Patient‐Centered Medical Home model of care provides greater satisfaction to patients, physicians, and the health care team by ensuring that patients' needs are met and access to care is improved, health information is handled effectively, and the team works as a cohesive unit.
How to Make an Appointment
Acute and established medical appointments are offered during normal duty hours from Monday to Friday, except the second Wednesday of the month when we are closed for the entire day for Medical Readiness Training.
