Walk-in Sick Call

Hours: ( Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 0730-0830) (Wednesdays from 0930-1030)

1. Must be assigned to Flight Medicine Clinic
2. Must be an acute issue (less than approximately 72 hours)
3. Patient has not been seen previously by a provider higher than IDMT (i.e. PA, NP, MD/DO for condition)
4. Has to be a non-emergent issue (i.e. chest pain, SOB)
5. NO pregnancy concerns; NO follow-ups; NO chronic conditions
6. Return to Fly Status
7. ER/Urgent Care Follow Ups (if have not been seen by PCM for the issue or needs seen less than 5 days)

•  Abdominal Pain
• Cold/Flu Symptoms (cough, congestion, runny nose, ear pain, fever)
• Concussion/Head Injury
• Dizziness/lightheadedness
• Headaches/migraines
• Muscle or bone issues/injuries
• Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea
• Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STI/STD)
• Urinary Symptoms (UTI concerns, pain, burning, itching)
• Vaginal or Penile Discharge
• Other illness/acute concern

Return-to-Fly Clearance

Return-to-fly (RTF) clearance can be by virtual appointment if illness/injury allows; please call 719-556-1260, option 2 to schedule.
