Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

COVID-19 Vaccine Boosters Update

Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna Vaccine Boosters

What

21 MDG is now providing Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccine boosters.

Who

Individuals 18 and older may request a booster if:

  1. They have completed a primary/initial vaccine series
    1. Two doses of Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine
    2. One dose of Janssen vaccine
  2. There has been adequate time period since primary/initial series
    1. Moderna/Pfizer-Bio-NTech vaccine – at least 6 months
    2. Janssen vaccine – at least 2 months

When

Vaccines will be available from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. by appointment. Brand availability by day is:

  • Pfizer-BioNTech – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • Moderna – Tuesdays and Thursdays
