Health Promotion

We promote a healthy lifestyle by offering preventive and educational services that optimize health and wellness. We teach a variety of classes to include Nutrition 101, healthy cooking, sleep optimization, and stress management, along with many other classes offered upon request to address a variety of health concerns. We also have a Bod Pod to measure your body composition (body fat and fat-free mass). All services are by appointment only.
